If you are not satisfied with a generated image, you may retry up to 2 times at no additional charge.

Refund Eligibility

The image has not been downloaded
You submit a reason for the refund request
Access to the refunded image is revoked

Once an image has been downloaded, all sales are final.

If the image failed because of a system issue or duplicate charge, a full refund is available.
